Before co-founding Talem IP Law, Wendy served as Assistant Director of Engineering and Software Licensing at the University of Florida, where she managed hundreds of intellectual property matters and negotiated technology licensing agreements spanning engineering, software, and life sciences innovations. That experience continues to shape her practical, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients commercialize technology and build lasting competitive advantages.

 

Outside the office, Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two adventurous sons, who keep the family active year-round. Whether hiking, boating, traveling, or experimenting with new recipes, she enjoys experiences that bring people together and encourage exploration. Wendy is active in her community as a Committee Member for Cub Scout Pack 71, serves on the Board of Directors of the Cuttyhunk Yacht Club, and regularly volunteers with local organizations that support families and community engagement.
